Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Ello packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective padding are included.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
